If you have previously made purchases before creating a User Account, you can easily import and reactivate your entire order history at once. Here’s how:
- First, make sure that your email address is verified. If it isn’t, from MY SETTINGS you can resend your confirmation email.
- Once your email is verified, from MY SETTINGS click ‘Link Purchases’ then Import Clips.
NOTE: This will import all purchases that were made under the email address that is associated with your account. If an order was made with a different email, it will not appear.
