If you're seeing the message "Encoding in Progress” while attempting to stream a clip in your account, it means that the clip is currently being encoded and is not available for streaming at the moment. This process should be finished in about 48 hours, then you will be able to stream the clip.
In the meantime, we recommend you download your clips and play them offline from your device.
NOTE: Creators are allowed to remove their content whenever they choose. You are encouraged to download your clips after purchase, even if the clip is streamable, so that you can still access them if they're removed from the website.
